Some items are getting cheaper and cheaper Corn futures price has been dropping since May 2022. Price has dropped massively from 800 to 400. Similarly Natural gas dropped very massively from $9 on Sep 2022 to $2.

Didn't know you were Amish. Meanwhile China is losing some of its manufacturing base (iPhones being made in India, for instance) to other countries and they all want to keep prices low to stay competitive. Our tariffs do more to raise prices on Americans. Doesn't seem like that will be changing anytime soon because of both sides vote pandering. I just follow what the market is saying and right now it doesn't seem to indicate any dramatic changes in inflation up or down.
