China is a third world country with communist party ruling it. Any backwardness is par for the course. But even more importantly, it is a sovereign nation and I don't believe in telling other nations how to live. I live in US and US problems are my problems. Cultural Anthropology suggests that a society of shamans, warlords as well as cargo cults and a trinket based economy is just as good as any developed nation. That is a bs belief. Making sure people are not exploited is not the same as saying backward nations are just as good as developed ones. You don't know diddly squat about cultural anthropology (and anything else really).

Summarizing abstractly: Madison believed it was important to the welfare of the state to protect minorities The point is, the generic concept of a protection of a minority is not new. All the programs you mentioned are to compensate for previous wrongs. Had some white europeans not being extremely lazy, none of this would be necessary. What exactly constitutes a white european? I want to hear what magical qualities are unattainable for a black no matter the education.

There is no such thing as white european. That can be understood implicity by anyone who studied European history.All the little (and not so little) nations resist unification(never ending warfare is conclusive proof of that). A russian will have very little in common in mentality with a british or a french or a german or an italian, etc. The unity of a white race is an aritficial concept created by the likes of david duke to counter the perceived "grouping" of black race.
