Who else in congress besides Paul and Cruz are standing between we the people and a totalitarian state?

US: BATF misplaced 420 million cigarettes in stings
    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...million-cigarettes-in-stings/?intcmp=trending
"WASHINGTON – The Justice Department's internal watchdog says the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives mounted dozens of undercover investigations into illicit cigarette sales without proper approval.

It says the agency misused some of $162 million in profits from the stings -- including overpaying an informant by millions of dollars -- and lost track of at least 420 million cigarettes...."

How does a federal agency lose track of 420 million cigarettes?

And there are those still clinging to the "Hope" they can manage the nations healthcare?

  5. Tingles said, "He,(Cruz), has contempt for the American political system."
Good, we need 534 more just like him. Contempt is all this government deserves.

If you loathed HMOs, you're not going to like Obamacare

    http://www.aei.org/article/health/i...ce=web&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=091213

"When it comes to the Affordable Care Act, even supporters are now grudgingly conceding an uncomfortable certainty. The new health plans offered in the Obamacare exchanges are going to be narrow network, no frills affairs.

Obamacare's exchange based plans will be a throwback to the 1990s style of restrictive HMOs. They will give you fewer choices of doctors and hospitals than the kinds of health plans currently sold in the private, commercial marketplace. The doctor networks that Obamacare plans use will resemble Medicaid plans.

But it doesn't end there. Pretty soon, these same bare bones health plans will also become standard fare in the commercial marketplace. You'll get them at work.

Obamacare has a lot to do with that, as well.

These narrow network health plans are the same kinds of restrictive schemes that eventually led to the development of the 2001 "Patients Bill of Rights" in Congress. That legislative effort ultimately failed. But watch for it to get resurrected..."

Do you also need to jump off a bridge to see if gravity still works?

Our federal government has fucked up nearly everything they've ever gotten involved with for the last 100 years or more. Think of their reputation as like gravity, it works pretty much every time. Do we really need to find out the hard way it's going to work again this time?

The two of them should be on trial as we speak! I'd rather see pelosi walking up to the guillotine, and Onazi to the gallows! Americans are going to lose good coverage in exchange for shit coverage at a much higher cost! Oh yes, and it was forced on us!

As a young man in his 20s I go to the doctor very rarely (about 5 times in the last 2 years) and only for very minor things that are in fact covered my employer insurance, which costs around 200$ a year.

Cruz indicated yesterday that the congress has contempt for the American people. Of course, we all know that...except Mathews and his pals.
