If race was over this would be 100 to 0.

American who donated $ 2.5 million sues pro-Trump group for lack of evidence of fraud

A pro-Trump group that has pledged to uncover evidence of alleged fraud by the Democrats in the US presidential election has been charged by one of its backers. The North Carolina man, who donated $ 2.5 million ($ 2.1 million), is angry that nothing of the promise has been kept.

Fred Eshelman, a manager of an investment fund, wants his money back and says he asked "regularly and repeatedly" about the progress of the project. His requests kept getting "vague responses, platitudes, and hollow promises," said Eshelman, who has filed suit in a federal court in Houston, Texas.
    True the Vote

The group, called True the Vote, had pledged "to investigate, uncover and litigate suspected illegal voting and fraud in the 2020 election." In the week after the election, the group filed four lawsuits. Those cases were withdrawn last week. “While we stand by voters' testimony, hurdles to arguing our cause, combined with time constraints, make it necessary for us to take a different path,” the group said in a statement posted on its website.
    No proof

Despite numerous allegations of electoral fraud and irregularities by President Donald Trump, the election loser, so far no evidence has been presented to indicate this. The result, that Joe Biden is expected to become president with 306 electors, has so far remained unchanged.

Eshelman was attracted by True the Vote's plan, which involved multiple lawsuits in swing states, collecting complaints from whistleblowers, mobilizing Republican support, and conducting large-scale data research. The court documents state that he transferred $ 2 million to the group on November 5 and another half a million dollars a week after that.

    Offer

When the group was unable to report on its activities, it became clear to Eshelman that the group was also unable to implement the plan, he said. When he requested his money back, he was offered $ 1 million and asked not to press charges.

    My conclusion:
The whole "Don't steal the elections" is a huge scam.
Trump would say: It is the biggest scam in history of mankind.

The Trump cult is highly gullible; perfect targets for a scam. Look at OP nothing will dissuade him he's convinced of "Election Fraud" based on his faulty Math even when told why his Math is faulty. He remains convinced as Trump and team lose dozens of lawsuits due to lack of evidence. His interpretation of that is there is tons of blatant evidence and any messenger that dares to tell him that is part of the conspiracy. You see this with the victims of elaborate scams all the time.

  8. The key part of the article linked below is “The blistering opinion from a panel of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, all three of whom were nominated by Republican presidents, said that the Trump campaign's "claims have no merit.". The George Bush family is strongly anti-Trump and known to be extremely partisan during George Bush sr’s and jr’s Presidency except for the raising of taxes in during Bush sr’s term, appointed a lot of judges on the Third Circuit of appeals. I would love to know the names of these judges and see who appointed them.

Also potentially worthy of note is an article suggesting the appeal in PA was “Too narrow” and thus seemingly precluding immediate involvement of the US Supreme Court. The article below also suggests Trump Campaign attorneys has been less than competent in handling their appeals case.

Has it ever occurred to you that there may be no witnesses, no affidavits, but only hearsay from total crackpots. Why would you trust in a sociopaths word, or the word of his cult followers?
