Sure we've heard it, but the current administration does not have the courage to do it. They control the whole deal, yet have made no attempt to do anything about it. If they were serious about the change we'd be building nuke plants and converting OTR and Fleet vehicles to Natty. Why aren't we? Obama and the Dem congress could make this happen tomorrow if they wanted to. They, like all politicans, don't want solutions, they want issues to campaign on.
