Couple things I have run up against. Smaller regional banks in the US won't accect a $US cheque drawn on a Canadian bank. A US bank (Wells Fargo) Would not let me deposit cash into someone elses bank account. They would accept a cheque drawn on Canadian bank or I could have opened an account with cash and then transfered.(Something about money laundering) Too much regulation.
That's what Putin and his fellow criminals say all the time. They are the good ones, the rest of the world, except of China, are the bad ones. Lavrov detests the Western financial and moral decadency. But his step daughter is living a lavish life in London with the money Lavrov receives thru blackmailing the oligarchs. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/...b?shareToken=29f4081f8b9f14a07bcb583c25564e99 The London life of Sergey Lavrov’s stepdaughter Polina Kovaleva lives in a flat she bought for £4.4 million aged 21 and took a master’s degree at Imperial College London
Those things occasionally happened to me, too. However, I often noticed that it was for reasons of bank personnel being poorly trained and subsequently uninformed. The few times I ran into issues and the purpose of a payment was explained and my identification established then it worked out. But a few times certain banks had weird company specific regulations that went above and beyond regulations. For example IB does not allow the transfer of funds to another IB account if the two accounts are not in the same tax region. Perhaps too much paper work on their end but anyway, an annoyance not a real problem.
You got it the wrong way around. You are an individual and claimed something while a majority thinks otherwise. Russia is a single state and does something that the majority disavows. Matching comparison. What you claim is the exact opposite. Please stop here, you are digging a deeper hole for yourself. Most of the times when a single person says A and a majority says B then very often if not almost always (with exceptions, for the literary deaf) the single person better re-evaluate statement A.
JPMorganChase wouldn't let me deposit cash (about 2 g's I think ) into my brother's account (obviously same last name) a couple of years ago. + + + "Stay in your financial lane" - Kevin Hart
