Putin thinks that sanctions are the same thing as war. Sounds like he is saying that sanctions are enough reason to nuke the West.... and the EU & NATO countries better stop. It's long overdue to the West to have a backbone & call Putin's bluff and tell him enough of his saber rattling and bullshiat. If the West is going to back down & refuse to take military action to stop a bully -- then Putin is just going to repeat this pattern of behavior in the future. Damn it. Wish we had some sort of deterrence for this situation. I know, lets infiltrate Russia using the likes of Maxine Waters, Patty Murray, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and the whole cast of CNN. From the Russian Central Bank announcement: All Visa and Mastercard issued by Russian banks will work inside Russia until expiration date. All foreign operations for such cards are not available. That includes internet stores as well as using the cards in person outside of the country. When Russians go abroad, it is recommended that they take foreign currency cash or the "Mir" card that is accepted in: Turkey, Vietnam, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Tajikistan, South Ossetia and Abkhazia (ROTFLMAO at the list of countries for that card).
