Yes, I agree. You could certainly say that in comparison right now, America's economy is no joke. The United States is in a very serious financial situation right now that is likely to lead to an economic collapse.

 

I think employers prefer the H1-B's because they are captives. The employers sponsor them in some citizenship fashion, if the worker quits, he /she can't just go get another job. To me they are scabs elbowing Americans out of plum jobs..

 

The beauty with American finance is that we somehow managed to pull the world. If the united States goes down, the rest of the world is going to fall, harder.
