Imo: Some voters would rather not attend rallies during a pandemic. These are typically Democratic voters. There was no pandemic during Obama's campaign. It's all about risk to reward. Biden isn't interested in being gassed up by cheering crowds. And those that are voting for him, aren't interested in increasing their risk to the virus just for optic's sake. Serious question back at you: What do Trump fans get out of going to a Trump rally during a pandemic?
Joe Biden is not even attracting hundreds like Hillary Clinton. His rallies have like 10 people, 30 people or even zero people in a rally like in Arizona. Clearly, they do not like Joe Biden enough to even show up? Will they bother to vote? There are a lot of absentee ballots requested by Democrats that have not been returned. That could even make a huge difference in the November 3, 2020 elections.
