No joking matter for all those businesses whose funds are held up. That's a lot of employees of start-ups and small businesses who are not getting a pay check for the foreseeable future.
Startups churn through employees. Employees churn through startups. Not fun to become unemployed. Happens to all of us at some time or other in our life. But really no biggie when you are young, which likely make up a high percentage of those affected.
