Skeletons in the Alcohol Cabinet Should Make Everyone Think Twice About Drinking

  1. If you saw up close and personal what I've witnessed the last 40 years in AA and NA...well, it's a f'n horror show for those who fall into addiction.
I'm not sure it's all that harmful done infrequently in small quantities, but I guess it's all relative.

This drunk isn't going to defend any drinking. It's been 11 years now and the only thing I miss is Guinness, they do have an N.A. version, but I just don't even want to tempt fate.

You don't want the liver to suffer from severe stress metabolizing those nutritionless things.
The trick is to consume those things slowly & in small quantity
so as not to stress the liver.

    Taking notes:

No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no sex, no sugar, no carbs.

Why do I want to live longer? But anyway, I have an idea against alcohol. Prohibition!!!

Absolutely. At a minimum, concentration and duration of exposure what must be taken into account before statements such as "alcohol is a carcinogen" have any useful meaning other than perhaps when uttered by a clever attorney in front of a poorly educated jury.
