A Louisiana lawmaker is in hot water this week after arguing that the state's schools should teach the "good" aspects of slavery in the United States. Gets put in his place.. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The low point of session undoubtedly came today when Rep. Ray Garofalo said Louisiana schools need to teach the good of slavery. <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Lalege?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc^tfw">#Lalege</a> <a href="https://t.co/OPbRq98ifx">pic.twitter.com/OPbRq98ifx</a></p>— Louisiana Democrats (@LaDemos) <a href="">April 27, 2021</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Most conservatives believe slavery was good and would love to bring it back. They don't love the confederate flag and have the south will rise again license plates for nothing.
tony youre probably the only person thats ever posted a confederate flag on this website... if not the only person, youve posted 99% of them at least
And everytime its trump supporters/republicans flying them. Also Trump himself supports confederate monuments, military bases named after confederate traitors and calls Robert E Lee incredible.
Snark offends so many people with his unending posting of confederate flags Especially people in his world who get easily triggered.....Tony ,it cant be justified Also how long will Snark be fixated with private citizen Trump....
Whenever its relevant to the discussion.Trumps love of the confederacy and the 75 million people who voted for him is relevant when another republican politician is in the news for talking about the good of slavery.
They can't defend the flag; so they instead, attack those informing others about the flag via their posts. Par for the course.
