Taking drugs to sharpen your mind may make you dumber

  1. Good to hear you're cancer-free.

I also love a good cup of coffee, but it can affect my sleep, because I like it strong. You might want to try decaf, but I find I have to make it quite strong to make up for the lack of oomph that caffeine provides. Not quite as good, but you get used to it.

I take a heaping teaspoon of each of these, and mix it with a little over a half cup of hot water. No sugar or cream/milk, to get a pseudo-oomph:

Again, it's not the same, but it's better than nothing, and it breaks up my day of drinking 1.5 liters of green tea.

Sounds like you are caffeine sensitive or even hypersensitive to it. I remember reading about that also in a coffee book.
I remember drinking to much ,one winter, heart race + jitters.
2-3 cups is enjoyable. I have used decaff [0.3 % caffeine more or less] in winter.
For those not sensitive to it , healthline.com suggests 2-4 cups.
Cabbage + tomatoes tend to be good cancer fighters, good flavor if one like veggies:caution::caution:

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced. It sounds like you went through a difficult journey with your health. It's good to hear that the cancer has been eliminated.

I drink about 400 ml of mild coffee, but I don't smoke anymore.

  5. It's crucial to be aware that using drugs to enhance cognitive abilities may not be as beneficial as it seems. While there are legitimate medications that can help with specific conditions, using drugs from sources like canadian pharmacy to sharpen your mind can lead to serious consequences. These drugs may have unintended side effects, impacting cognitive functions and even causing long-term damage. Instead, it's best to explore natural methods and lifestyle changes that can genuinely support and improve brain health. Stay informed and make responsible choices for your well-being!
