  1. Nike (NKE) is raising prices on a wide range of adult sneakers, clothing, and gear, with changes already starting to show up in stores. According to CNBC, most apparel will jump between $2 and $10, while shoes priced above $100 are seeing a $5 to $10 increase.

Let's see the magtards blame Nike for this.... Nike is not building shoes in the US.... grt over it.

Trump Scores Major Court Victory In Tariff Dispute
    https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/new-trump-scores-major-court-victory-in-tariff-dispute-cmc/

A federal judge has rejected an emergency lawsuit aimed at stopping President Donald Trump’s tariff strategies from being implemented.

Wetherell further asserted that Trump has the authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, or IEEPA, to unilaterally impose his sweeping tariff strategy for reasons other than raising revenue, according to a report from Fox Business.

The decision merely punts the case to the U.S. Court of International Trade for further review. Somehow you forgot to mention this key point found in the first sentence of the Fox Business article.

US trade court rules Trump overstepped his authority with global tariffs
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c8xgdj9kyero

A US federal court has ruled that President Donald Trump overstepped his authority by imposing global tariffs, in a major blow to a key part of his economic policies.

The Court of International Trade ruled that an emergency law invoked by the White House does not provide unilateral authority to impose tariffs on nearly every country.

The Manhattan-based court said the US Constitution gives Congress exclusive powers to regulate commerce with other nations and this is not superseded by the president's remit to safeguard the economy.

The Trump administration can appeal the ruling in federal court.

The lawsuit, filed by the nonpartisan Liberty Justice Center on behalf of five small businesses that import goods from countries targeted by the duties, was the first major legal challenge to Trump's so-called "Liberation Day" tariffs.

Global financial markets have been on a rollercoaster ride since Trump announced the sweeping tariffs on 2 April as some measures were reversed or reduced as the White House negotiated with foreign governments.

Appeals Court Smacks Down Tariff Ruling In Major Win For Trump
    https://trendingpoliticsnews.com/br...n-tariff-ruling-in-major-win-for-trump-micca/
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit stated in a brief order that it is granting the administration’s request for an immediate administrative stay “to the extent that the judgments and the permanent injunctions entered by the Court of International Trade in these cases are temporarily stayed” for the time being.

The ruling temporarily halts the federal trade court’s decision to block many of President Donald Trump’s tariffs.

A temporary stay is a "smack down" in the mind of this crazy little lying weasel. Three judge unanimous rulings don't get dismissed so easily.
