I wouldn't want to be a kid living in the South during this Covid Delta Variant 2021. It's simple, the best way for Parents to protect their children is for the Parents to become fully vaccinated to prevent infecting their children that could result in being included in any of the below Pediatric hospitalization statistics. Thus, surround your children with fully vaccinated people instead of Not Vaccinated people. I'll repeat again and again... The best way to protect children is to surround them with Fully Vaccinated people in comparison to those that are Not Vaccinated. Children can not be vaccinated or their parents do not want the children to be vaccinated. I'm not worried about Pediatric Covid Deaths (very rare). In contrast, I'm worried about Pediatric Hospitalizations and Pediatric ICU Admissions...both are increasing in southern states (see prior recent reply with Pediatric statistics). wrbtrader
The number of children who die of Covid is very small compared to other causes of child death. Pneumonia, influenza, and bacterial infections have been significant causes of death since the beginning of history, especially among the immune-compromised. However, in a world where crisis(es), whether actual or contrived, must not be allowed to go to waste, so as to avoid missing an opportunity to sell a product and or engage in a power grab… All causes of children’s death must be eliminated. Especially those causes of death that represent greater numbers of children fatalities than Covid. Therefore, I propose the following policies, as appropriate for each type of “Excessive” child death caused: 1. Car accidents - Children must not ride in cars. 2. Poisoning - Household chemicals must be stored offsite and secured. When household chemicals are use, child must have dedicated person to watch them, while a separate, certified household chemical engineer, applies said chemicals. 3. AIDs - The entire causative chain of AIDs transmission to children must be eliminated. Only certified healthcare providers may have custody, use, proper destruction, and disposal of syringes, including insulin shots for diabetics as to prevent dumpster divers from reusing disposed of needles. As a bonus, child deaths from hepatitis will be reduced. AIDs screening protocols to be enhanced. 4. Fatal ingestion of toys shall be prevented through elimination of toys. 5. Child deaths due to bacterial infections may be reduced or eliminated through child’s daily intake of antibiotics. The term “Antibiotic resistant” shall be put on a media forbidden terms list until a new antibiotic product is released. 6. Children’s deaths due to domestic violence can be substantially reduced through constant surveillance of parents, combined with a method to immediately, but temporarily disable any parent engaging in potentially harmful behavior towards the child. A Federally funded, tamper-proof collar capable of tasing a offending parent shall be worn at all times. While the above list of child death causes that are greater than Covid is far from complete, hopefully it gives readers an idea of the path we are on. Many more children die each year on any of the above 6 items than Covid. More children die in the US of cancer than will die of Covid. Any thoughts of what it would take to prevent children from dying of cancer? At least the “Preventable” causes of cancer in children? The media is using fear mongering to entice parents to buy products from excessively influential pharmaceutical companies who put profits over the Hippocratic Oath. Our regulatory institutions and certain politicians care more about campaign contributions and being on the right side of the media than to truly represent us. It is a conspiracy that is probably based more on politician ignorance, possibly willful ignorance, than outright evil. Fundamentally, children beyond age 1 or so, have better immune systems and will build longer lasting natural immunity than adults, particularly the elderly. Natural immunity is undoubtably far superior than vaccines for the simple fact that vaccines are either a damaged copy of the target virus or the vaccine causes the body’s immune system to change in such a way as to confer temporary protection of some degree. One’s own immune system response and subsequent natural immunity to a virus will often reflect the more active mutations of a virus, rather than a vaccine created, say 18 months after the original strain. No wonder vaccines for cold and flu like viruses decline in effectiveness so quickly: The cold and influenza type vaccines are nearing obsolescence the day they are first released. Using fear mongering involving children in order to induce parents into making medical decisions against the long term health interests of their children is malpractice, as best, for “News” disseminators, Healthcare providers, including pharmaceutical companies, our regulatory bodies, and our politicians. In the end, we must never make a major decision, especially involving health, without doing thorough due diligence. Most know the media, politicians, and businesses that have a inherent conflict of interest with their marketing, cannot be trusted. Anyone remember the Opioid epidemic in US? Before that, over-subscription of antibiotics, casing bacteria resistant strains? How about our continual bombardment of pharmaceutical commercials that treat symptoms that are often related to the effects of other pharmaceuticals. Check the medicine cabinet of an elderly parent and ask them what they know about their subscriptions. Think for yourself. Your, your children’s, and your parent’s health may depend on it.

I searched on the top ten causes of children’s death and found information from the CDC for 2019. Interesting that other statistics for 2020 and 2021 show flu infections are down. Will someone with a flu infection show positive on a Covid test? Now let’s talk about the statistics that are rarely posted, such as children Covid death rates per 100,000. Leading causes of children's deaths rates are much greater than the rare deaths due to Covid. Of those children who died of Covid, they likely would have died from influenza or pneumonia from another cause, due to their weak immune system or other congenital health issue. The way statistics are used by the pro-vaccine media is misleading. For example, when “Infant Covid deaths rise by 33%”, it can mean simply that instead of 3 infants dying of a particular reporting period, 4 died. That one extra death, while tragic, does not justify the recommendation of a Covid vaccine(s) for all children because of fundamental, long term adverse effects on their immune system . Sure, some vaccines net beneficial for some particularly dangerous viruses, but Covid is not one of them. Supporting my contention are studies involving children and allergies. Over concern of increasing allergy rates in children, particularly in the US, studies found the cause to be children spending “Too much” time in an “Excessively clean” home. In other words, natural immune stress for the young can be beneficial for children to properly develop their immune system for better long term health. Sure, some children will die, but how long would they have survived anyway? Or is that exactly what our for-profit healthcare system wants: Chronically sick children in need of a steady stream of products for their entire life? As it is, mandates for health insurance coverage created a third party payment system that effectively causes increased demand for healthcare than would otherwise be the case. More healthcare is not better healthcare as shown by comparative US infant mortality versus many first world nations. Twice per year Covid shots will be a wrecking ball for anyone’s long term health, I suspect, especially when these vaccinations are started from a young age. Let us use vaccinations for the truly dangerous pathogens.
