Grand Juries have no defense representation and are a mere minority vote. As the saying goes----you can indict a ham sandwich. I do expect Trump to be found guilty of charges in any trial that goes to jury. This is the 2 tiered justice system. As of now, nothing that has been shown has been illegal. It may not matter however, as The Deep State can't afford to have Trump as president again and would love to convict.

 

The point is though that he shouldn't have to.

The 2 tiered justice system is between the rich and poor.

 

These cases need to be elevated to the US Supreme Court to set precedent so that, abuses of the legal system such as these are not allowed in the future. Laws are no longer enforced against criminals but, they are allowed to pull BS charges out of their asses, wasting tens of millions of dollars on each case. President Donald Trump will win these cases when it gets to the US Supreme Court where it belongs.

 

In other words you are whining that insurrection is illegal in our country and politicians are not allowed to overthrow the democracy in the U.S. without facing legal repercussions.

If you want to allow despotic clowns like Trump to overthrow the democratic government by voiding proper election results -- then go move to some third-world tin-pot dictatorship... or to Russia.
