That's what the other information I posted indicated. Even the comments from Republican Senator Lindsey Graham outlined this point. The words I used were "apply the sentencing guidelines to apply the appropriate penalty". The reality is that the tax case involving Hunter Biden is much more straight forward and more likely to yield a stint in prison after a conviction (if this is the result). However there are some fundamental differences we are seeing -- Do you think that Democrats will be doxing and threatening violence against the jury members, DA, witnesses and judge if Hunter is found guilty? Do you think Democratic leaders will be on social media inciting their followers to violence over a guilty verdict?
OK, let' stay on topic. This trial is for the gun charge. No, you post more links than a bot-farm, so I'll pass.
Hunter is a CIA asset, so it's community service and admonishment from the judge. CIA has no civil service protections, the next President could send them all packing.
Lets' get into the definition of a lobbyist. What exact policy changes was Hunter lobbying for on the behalf of another party? Remember saying "do business with me because I'm friends with the President" is not lobbying.

All of his 'clients' were paying to influence policy of one sort or another. Influencing his father was his business.
Define the policies they were trying to influence and then maybe you have a case. However, numerous GOPers pushed this Hunter claim and they were shown to have no evidence or proof of their allegations.
