No, this is matter of civil education ! If you use to have a gun and you are civilized person. If some criminal comes into your house - you will defend YOUR family. For the few wealthy yes, that is what the US has always been about...no money no honey, pay for play. And guess what, they are getting a way better treatment in your country than you or your entire family. Healthcare for the middle class, though, is phenomenally better and more affordable in Canada than in the US.
