    Also it was USSR as well.
    Where is USSR ???
    I guess, nobody will desire to switch your country to North Korea.
    Even China allows to have private business.
    China got a big progress when they allowed it.
    So who is getting better medicine - does not matter.
    Who likes real socialism - you are welcome to N. Korea :)
