BUSH is finally out. As a Canadian I am thrilled. I might even be able to do business again with American companies, now that I will not be viewed and treated like an enemy of the state. Bush isolated America from so much and in typical American fashion you put in the other extreme. Canadians have learned the value of middle ground long ago.

Not quite true. A Lame Duck can still do LOTS of damage... He's apparently trying to RAM through a significant amount of legislation which is environmentally unfriendly.
