One thing i noticed on the debates was that it was pretty obvious all of the fox news ppl were trying to take down trump, I didnt really see a clear winner, although i liked Kasich, and some of the stuff Rand said.
I thought Megan Kelly was awful. Kasich did OK Trump did OK Rubio did Ok Cruz looked robotic I think Paul is done.
Winners: Rubio came across as very likeable, charismatic, etc. I don't support him because of his amnesty two step, but he won some fans last night. Huckaby did well with limited opportunities, revealing himself as funny, quick and well prepared on the issues. Kasich has his eyes on the VP slot and his task was to be likeable and not offend anyone. He did it, but I question if he has the edge to take on the opposition, traditionally the VP candidate's main job. Losers: Trump, not because of that moron Luntz but because he came in with a big lead but didn't tower over the other candidates. It didn't help that he was forced to spend most of his time on his back foot dealing with extremely hostile questions from the clearly biased mods. He missed opportunities to turn soem of those questions around too, like the first one. He could have said what is wrong with the country is a bunch of career hacks more concerned with party jobs than the country. Bush needed a big win and didn't come close. If anything he lost ground to Trump. He was coddled by the mods but still came across as weak and defensive. Christie, wow is this guy a piece of work. He came across as surly, confrontational and unlikeable. He is articulate and quick on his feet but listening to him you understand why Romney didn't want anything to do with him. Megyn Kelly was beyond annoying. Sadly, it seems her success has gone to her head. She was embarrassing during the awkward space before the candidates emerged, then was downright hostile in several questions, getting into a pointless and irrelevant argument with Trump. Tone down the Kelly Ripa act Meg, it's not all about you. The rest: I thought they did ok. Walker did nothing to hurt himself and was polished. Dr. Carson came across as inspirational, smart, talented etc but a political neophyte. Cruz did what he does best, throw red meat to the crowd and they seemed to like it. Rand Paul seemed curiously disengaged, kind of like he had to be there but had something better to be doing but held his own in a tense exchange with Christie.

So what some of you Republicans/"libertarians" are saying is that the Fox clan can't even be unbiased in the role of debate moderators.
Biggest winner last night was Carly Fiorina. She goes into a top 5 tier and if she doesn't the republican party doesn't have a clue what they're looking for. Trump neither hurt or helped himself. Bush was a total failure and should be shown the door. Sooner is better. Christie is ready for a fight and I like that. Rubio...nice enough guy. Still a contender. Huckabee...still in the race, but probably not going anywhere. Cruz really didn't seem to be that much of a presence, but he'll hang around. Jindal will hang for awhile longer. Carson... Really nice man. To decent a man for this game. Paul...done. Kasich...done. Walker...done. The rest...done.
And being a Bush!, his greatest deficit to overcome.. Naturally some are concerned that he shares genes with his nitwit brother. . He looked a little like a scarred guppy in a bowl of Siamese fighting fish.
This is nothing but fun and games as far as I'm concerned. I'm not even going to vote unless Trump is the nominee. He's the only one that will go scorched earth and get what he wants. All the rest will capitulate. Either right off the bat like Bush, or fight right up till the end like Cruz, and then, when faced with overwhelming odds, fold. Every single one on that stage but Trump will fold on the major issues like border control and killing babies. There's only one way to shut the border and defund the baby killers. Shut down the gov't. There is no other way. And Trump is the only one who will do it. At least I think he will.
