Canadian neocon* fred foreskin has spoken. * Neocon: a term used to describe someone who dreams up reasons why they should be able to have a say and interfere in other countries internal political affairs.
How can you not be amused by these leftards like fred foreskin. They literally want to shut down and boycott entire states when homosexuals might have to use a different pizza parlor for their wedding reception, but think it's hysterical when someone wants to shut down the gov't to stop it from funding an organization that cuts up babies and sells the pieces. There are no words to describe these people.
I'll give Trump the best line of the night, but I think it might have been the beginning of the end for him. I don't recall the exact words, but didn't he say something along the lines of buying all the politicians? Isn't that what we are tired of? It was funny and refreshingly honest, though. Why do you think Cruz wouldn't shut down the gov? What makes you believe he would fold on anything he believes in? Has he yet? On which issue? Just curious why you've included Cruz in your assessment.
Meanwhile, here is a song that could very well have been written for someone like you. The words describe you very well:
The debates were far more entertaining than past debates, undoubtedly due in part to the thoroughly obnoxious and very entertaining Donald, but also the surly and pointed questions from the moderators livened up the show immensely. This was much more in the style of British Politics. My congratulations to Fox News for showing how to create first rate entertainment out of what is otherwise boring politics. This circus stuff was just as revealing and informative as the usual Wolf Blitzer show, but far more fun.. Congratulations again to Fox. I think I know how the polls will shift after the debate.
Fox serves a purpose, but they really hurt themselves last night with their core audience. The questions were what I might have expected from MSNBC. Clearly their intent was to prove to voters that they should ditch Trump, but they were so obviously biased that I think it backfired on them. They had a chance to explore policy ideas with ten very credible peopel but instead opted to turn it into some sort of Jerry Springer mudwrestling spectacle. Like Rush was saying today, democrats would never get questions like those. The biggest loser was clearly Megyn Kelly. She is maybe ok interviewing suckups but was way over her head going toe to toe with Trump.
Beltway, see my post above. I think Fox's intent was to host a barn-burner. Certainly not to destroy Trump's Candidacy. That would be inconsistent with, and against any red blooded Republican businessman's mantra: "Anything for a dollar, "next quarter's bottom line rocks." Fox is in the business of selling advertising. Please let's not forget that. Therefore they are entertainers. If we don't watch, they don't sell advertising. They succeeded marvelously at entertaining us all. Although the same information was there for the viewers had they been watching Wolf Blitzer moderate. Just a hell of a lot more entertaining. And although truth is the first casualty of politics [and war], I think the Foxy questioners were, amidst the mayhem, able to illicit a smidgen of truth. Kudos to the Foxy three.
That's the problem. The mods made it about them, particularly the annoying bimbo. They would have been far better off to use Greta, but we all know Ailes sees Megyn as their next O'Reilly. We are supposed to be choosing a presidential candidate, not watching a reality show. I am far from hostile to Fox in general but I thought they did an extremely poor job. The candidates are not there to justify themselves to some Fox talking heads, but that was the tone of the questions to everyone but their faves Bush and Rubio. It was obviously biased. Even Rush thought so.
Yeah i agree with all that, including Paul probably being done, even though i liked what he said when it came to surveillance, he just looks like, and comes across like a little boy among the men, its unfortunate because i agree with most of what he says.
