  1. Olive oil is highly processed, very high in calories and fat, devoid of nutrients. Not a good idea to eat much of it if any. Eat an olive instead in all its splendor :D

    Lets see, the Mayo Clinic experts says eat Olive Oil (and Canola oil) and random extreme anonymous guy says no they are baaaad.....hmmm......wonder who a person should listen to?

  4. They didn't say to not to eat meat either, they said that too much of almost any food is bad for you.

    "While your body needs some fat to function properly -- it is a basic energy source and an important nutrient -- too much fat, or too much of almost any food, can negatively affect your health.     Basically saying what Ive been saying all along, it's all about MODERATION.

    All those beef pics were for you, to help you open your eyes a bit. You DON'T have to give up meat, you don't have to be extreme. If you want to be, that's your choice, but you won't get us to drink your koolaid :D
