That is a MYTH! ALL plants have the full compliment of essential amino acids. One or two may be on the low side but by eating a VARIETY of plants during each meal (as you should for other reasons too) provides enough. MEAT is very deficient in MOST vitamins and minerals as a result is very NUTRIENT-SPARSE compared to ANY plant food. Lowly LETTUCE has SIX TIMES more IRON than same caloric portion as fatty sirloin steak! Don't tell me aabout MEAT! I KNOW BETTER!
