https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/t...t-distressed-property-developers-near-bailout Now how the hell does a peon trade this? I play FXI, but I don't think that's good enough.
Distressed property developers in USA pretty soon...once the rate hikes start killing the property bubble. There will be dozens and dozens of listed plays, some great shorting opportunity...Property bull markets HATE INTEREST RATE HIKES
Let's bookmark this trade (1/10/22): Long: CHIR @ $11.65 KHYB @ $32.54 Short: XHB @ $79.49 IMO, It's going to be a big loser by the end of Jan and of the 1st Quarter.
You mean, the green projection (erection?) didn’t convince you? (Seriously, thanks for the two Chinese etfs, I will investigate)
Well conversely, I can't fade the trade. We know that money can rush back in pretty quick and a short will have to pay those high yields. I'll go in with an intermediate/long term buy when there's blood in the streets.
Interesting day. CHIR up 4.21% KHYB down -1.35% (Huge day.) Odds are usually that the equities are lying. Especially for low quality assets.
