Time to stock up on some cheap SPY?

Where can I find a cost-averaging plan to buy UAL? I want to buy some of that stock with about $10K.

when you realize the bottom is in market will be up 20-30%. And it's going to happen as fast as this correction happened if not faster
And you will still wonder what's going on because situation would be so dire on streets
By the time news turn market will be 50% higher

 

Actually not a bad idea in these days of zero commission environment. In the old days, not practical because of commissions.

that is true if the fundamentals have not changed as was the case 9/11.
it is totally absurd that markets fell 50% because one building fell.
