    Hi,

If you are to small in assets to start a fund even with backing from potential investors, whats the best option?

Join a prop firm? find a hedge fund to piggy pack or a bank?

And how do you find funds that are willing to assist you?

    Thanks,

    Tinkerz.

  3. I have a very small long/short multi-strat "friends and family" fund, it is a little below $1 million AUM.

Would this be too small to interest a incubator fund or would they be more interested in pure "alpha" performance?

  4. how do you furnish the subscription documents? Even its friends and family, you still need the contracts
