TQQQ SEC Rule 201 (Up-Tick-Rule)?

    Why is the SEC Rule 201 (Up-Tick-Rule) active on TQQQ today (25th May 2022 at 9:40am)? The TQQQ ETF did not drop over 10% today.

    Nevermind, it says the rule stays in effect for the rest of the day and the next day. So if it was activated yesterday, it persists today.
