Open an account, fund it, make 1 single trade with full force and max leverage. If it blows your account, then so be it, nothing lost. But - if you make provit, 1000 Bucks with 200:1 leverage, that`s easily 3000-10000, then take it an run. That's how i would play this. Problem is, there are no written Terms and Conditions about this offer. Nothing in writing, except their homepage. So you have a bad position, if it comes to a dispute.
