-129 net This chop is just ripping me up. I've also been making matter worse by taking a few out of plan trades due to frustration.
-44 net It was another horrible trading day. I thought the market was going to move and then it flat-lined after the 1st 90 minutes. Again, small win after small win came back. My system actually did make money today, but I got so frustrated early on that I passed up some good wins later on in the day. I need to just execute my plan. I'm having problems with that when I hit a string of losses.
+1379.. was actually carrying a loss from last night so the swing was bigger than that.. see the SPY 196.5 put.. bought 20 weeklies for a day trade early in the morning at $0.30.. unbelievably closed it out for a wash minutes before S&P tanked .. should have been a 3k+ home run.. unreal.. still caught a big part of the move with 2 ES contracts.. 10-yr bond (ZN) got me again today.. yes i keep trying to short it.. could have been a lot worst, but also disappointing that i didnt win more today overall.. all these trades were from my phone lol.. my game is a lot better at my workstation.
