The calculation is based on estimated annualized debt payments as of end of April versus the Treasury’s release of last year’s budget expenditures.
Interest costs burning up bucks or bombs stuck in the ground never to be fired. Don't get me started on the absolute absurd cost of the F35 Joint Strike Fighter per jet as one over the top example.
