Well proper lazziez faire capitalism is exactly what you said. The two closest markets we have to lazziez faire capitalism is crypto and Somalia.

The only reason doping is cheating is because there is a rule against it. And rules by in large work because there are consequences when you get caught (like Russia being banned).

  2. You have absolutely nothing useful and insightful to say, literally not once have I observed anything intelligent from you.

You sound like an angry, frustrated, drunk, 2bit, failed trader readneck. Misery loves company on this miserable website. But hang in there, with an open and patient mind... things can improve.

So it worked for the olympics. But what about rules we have about bad companies that should fail and if you are committing financial crimes you go to jail? Remember how nobody went to jail in 2008? I just heard recently that the last person to suffer any criminal fallout was the guy from Enron. This was clearly decades ago. How many fines have the massive Banks already paid over the years and yet they can continue to do what they do?

About the only fair market that I see is the dating market. Nobody is yet forcing men to marry, and the women clearly aren't making it advantageous enough for the men to. So you have declining marriage rates. The women haven't yet figured out that they don't have as much value as they think they do, but they clearly see it given how difficult it is for them to make a man commit. So I enjoy watching this play out because all the actors are just acting in their own best interests without any government regulation getting in the way. (Except of course legal responsibilities like alimony and child support)

Nothing good ever comes from a SPAC or the Scammer from Sri Lanka aka Chamath.

    Human trafficking for prostitution
    Revenge Porn
    Sexual assault
    Statutory rape
Abortion (most are related to dating)
Regulation of contraceptives and birth control (related to dating)

All of these are good points and they point to the fact that it is a fair market.

When a girl goes out on a date, she has to be careful about getting raped perhaps. This is why maybe for a first date, they always want to make it somewhere public and during the day. If the government got involved, they would mandate that all dating happens in approved government buildings.

Maybe the government would also ensure who you are able to go on a date with based on your social credit score.

It clearly doesn't work like this and hence why I say that the dating market is for the most part a free and open market. The girls can put on as much makeup as they want to increase their value, and likewise the men can do whatever they need to appear like a better catch. But in the end, nobody has the right to tell us who we should date or who we should be attracted to, outside of arranged marriages of course.

But this also means that people are responsible for their bad decisions. I guess in some ways you can say that single mothers are getting bailed out from all the government handouts, but it's not like there are no repercussions for bad behavior.

Child abuse I am certainly not putting into the dating marketplace category. And birth control I think is mostly available to everyone in Western countries. If people don't want to use them, that is on them.

You bring up some good cases and although it's not perfect, I still maintain that the dating market is the freest market that exists out there. Perhaps not for long ago because the feminists are clearly losing and the women are angry. It might not be long until the government mandates that all men must be married by 30.

there are laws on everything I stated and these issues relate to your example of dating and sex.
There aren’t government laws equal to what you describe in your example.
However the political party you back is closer aligned to those overly intrusive laws in your example of dating.

so I’m not sure what your point is.

My point is that the dating market is a better example of what free market capitalism is than the type of capitalism we have in the economy these days. The banks are always bailed out and the crooks breaking the rules never go to jail. They also have unfair advantages.

At least in the dating world we understand that it comes down to attractiveness and age and money and charisma and whatever quality is deemed important by either party. And once you understand how it all works, you can maximize it to your full potential. But if you screw it up, there likely isn't much of a bailout for you. Old and ugly fat women cannot run to the government and demand a spouse, unlike the failed banksters who demand a bailout.

Its a bad example for so many reasons, especially when i'm showing how Wall Street is being more open with this SPAC.

Some people have an advantage that allows them to bend the rules in dating too. There was a whole island of little girls and powerful men dating them. The names of those banksters of dating are sitting in a file on Pam Bondii's desk.
