    Well said. I do disagree with your view of "lucky birth", at least so far as the magnitude. One of things that America has been proud of, rightfully so, is the opportunity it offers, the greater chance at upward (and downward) social mobility. Sure, lucky birth has always been with us, but its weight in the equation has, by the measures I've seen, risen significantly. (Who a century ago would have predicted a family winning two, possibly three presidencies?) Even a conservative think tank's report I saw not long ago put the share of wealth owing to inheritance at 40%. (Liberal think tanks put it up as high as 80%.) Think about that, if the most conservative estimate is 40%! And I've seen data that shows mobility in America trails that of our socialist peers!

    yes my friend, that it one of the secrets to wealth, inheriting money from a dead relative, it starts slow, but can add up if you always leave your children more money than your parents left you. That is how poor families become middle class.
