I do not know the answer to this question. Their email support is awesome and can answer this question for you within 1 business day.

well i was thinking it might help your charting to have a broad market index running on the same chart below the market your trading for conformation.

  8. Hello MarkBrown,

Yes, thank you. I agree with you. I have not use NinjaTrader or practice/programmed trading in about 2 years. NinjaTrader is great, I just do not like the whole automation trading anymore. Just not for me.

If you write on this sometime, that'd be interesting.

  10. I cannot say I know the answer to your question. However, Jesse Livermore was apparently very good at it. In those days you just saw the prices on the ticker tape. They did not have computers and intra charting.

As I understand the process you watch the prices (the last) and note what happens at certain levels. You will see the price hit levels and then react. What levels and how it reacts is what you are learning.

Lately, I have watched the price and the volume at prices (I trade MES) seeing if when there is a larger volume than usual does price push up through or back down.

(I don't think Al brooks or using the DOM are good ideas - in trading you must be unique to succeed - IMHO)
