Yeah still other brokers would be fined for much more violations if they were in US. So yes we have to count regulations too when checking their violations.

You should use Forexchief broker. They offer 1:400 and you can increase it upon manual request. There are also exotic pairs and pairs from those countries available. You can also apply that leverage to stock symbols.
