I am just showing the due diligence that any sane minded consumer should do with this crop of so called trader funding companies 2) avoiding taxes or reducing taxes ... one can understand, bigger issue is avoiding licenses ! check any major prop (equity ) firms in USA all are regulated ! Bright trading for example Scrupulous business avoid regulatory oversight and if you think it is ok then it is promoting an illegal activity, by the way you are still avoiding naming UK regulated office!
