Correct....clinton and greenspan had BOTH lobbied for the bill with various members of congress.....it was not a random act this bill was moved forward when it happened. There was a very strong agenda in place to get this work done. The push for this legislative action was originally brought forward by the fed and several of it's governors! www.endthefed.us
