What is the technology that China does not have to build solar cell and wind turbine? In fact, most of the solar cell is from China.
Pull up a chart of ENPH, last year was a $5 stock, 2018 was a $2 stock, 2017 was a sub $1 stock, now $113, all stock movement, not product of a reverse split.
The new panels are 40% efficient doubling efficiency. So if it is cheaper than fossil fuel at the moment then it is going to be even better soon.
Story all along.... regardless of the "eco appeal" of solar, it wasn't economically viable... as its cost was still greater than fossil fuel sources, including natgas. Perhaps that's changing?? If that's the case, solar will be a HUGE winner for the next 10 years and perhaps beyond.
