Will Convicted Felon Trump (CFT) bail on the first debate?

  1. I'm curious to see how much he goes after CNN after agreeing to do a debate on their network. While it might energize the base, playing victim on stage probably won't sell well with the swing voters he wants to win over. Their audience was 79-17 Democrat to Republican in a 2019 Pew Research poll. CNN and the moderators are certainly heavily biased. Bash and Tapper are well known for being very opinionated and anti-Trump. I'm not saying they should balance one out with Hannity, but they could have selected Wolf Blitzer and/or Chris Wallace who tend to play things more down the middle. I really think Trump made a major error agreeing to these terms, but we'll find out more tomorrow and see if there's any changes in the polls afterwards.

  5. Maybe, but they focus on what the network and their audience cares about. Their coverage doesn’t exactly reflect what the generic “likely voter” cares about. The truth is that the “likely voter” cares more about inflation than some abstract discussion about democracy. It will be interesting to see how many of the questions will be about policies of interest and how many will be about January 6th, democracy, criminal trials, and character questions.

  6. Yes, we'll see. But, in any event, Trump doesn't know anything about inflation or economics in general, for that matter. He couldn't provide a coherent answer on the subject if his life depended on it. In driving parlance, all he knows is how to floor the gas pedal, consequences be damned. Because he's not the driver and the car isn't his.

In my opinion, CNN Debate questions will focus primarily on inflation, economics, foreign policy, and immigration but Trump will become frustrated. Trump will then begin personally attacking Biden...making it a slugfest with his grievances about Biden and the DOJ that Trump has stated since his first civil trial (rape/defamation case) the justice system is corrupt and doing the bidding of Biden.

The personal attacks will then open the doorway for Biden to do the same but with personal attacks about Trump's ethics & convicted felon criminal record.

I agree that Trump's weakness is inflation, economics, and how to stop the two WARS abroad although the Israel/Palestine conflict has been going on for many decades with a few months of ceasefire here and there.

Yet, I hope there are questions about what to do with the growing tensions on college campuses involving the protest/supporters of Israel/Palestine/Hamas.

  9. Seems like he whispers in your ear exactly what he means whenever he says somethings ,

so was he joking when he said the 2020 election was rigged and that he was the winner and it was stolen from him?
