Yes, a Russian minded Ukrainian, so a fake one. Probably living in the, by Rusia occupied, east of Ukraine.
A real Ukranian who loves his country would never post this:

Russia does not need to solve anything in Ukraine as Ukraine is an independant country. If Russia can fix the problems in Ukraine, we can as well fix the "Putin & oligarchs" problem in Russia too.

The Russians with their puppet Yanukovych were the problem in Ukraine.
This is how Putin tried in 2004 already to take over Ukraine again after he lost it in 1994:

As the 2004 presidential election approached, Yanukovych was presented as Kuchma’s clear successor, and Russian Pres. Vladimir Putin offered support for his candidacy. During the campaign Yanukovych’s chief opponent, the pro-Western Viktor Yushchenko, became ill after an apparent assassination attempt, and the race drew international attention. The results of the first round of the election were inconclusive. In the November runoff Yanukovych was declared the winner, in spite of exit polling that showed Yushchenko with a commanding lead. Yushchenko’s supporters took to the streets by the tens of thousands in a series of protests that were dubbed the Orange Revolution, and the runoff results were overturned by the Ukrainian Supreme Court. In a new runoff held on December 26, 2004, Yanukovych was soundly defeated.

A part of the Russian army and population don't want any war with Ukraine.

"Retired Russian Colonel General Leonid Ivashov, acting as chairman of the All-Russian Officers' Assembly, issued an appeal against Russia's war with Ukraine. He accused the leadership of Russia and President Vladimir Putin, whom he called on to resign, of preparing such a war"

The Russians use exactly the same statements. As well as the Chinese.

He will say Ukrainian, but it wil be in reality Russian. On internet anything can be said.

A lot of Ukrainians of the older generation speak Russian (due to forced education under Russian regime), but more and more children speak Ukrainian.

The generation of the children also detests Russians much more and are proud to be Ukrainian. A war will make Ukrainians hate Russians forever.

Most people who grew up in the Soviet era speak Russian as well but only as a second language. A lot of Russians are angry that Ukrainians are also finding their identity more and more. Russian attitudes are highly chauvinistic, demanding respect without giving any, so I'm not surprised about the relationship souring even more.

The answer to the question is quite clearly "yes". They're deploying troops that deal with radioactive and chemical warfare. Military police and guard that deals with civilians. Explain this away.
The retreat is a complete lie and designed to ease the defenses before invasion.

An invasion from Belarus close to Kyiv might be getting closer.

  10. Much of this is Biden trying to deflect the terrible situation within US away from himself...particularly oil and inflation related.

Sunday night Germany told Ukraine they would not be joining EU or NATO anytime soon.

And here...confirmation that Ukraine will hold an already decided referendum regarding a vote to Refuse To Join NATO. The link here also talks of many EU countries privately urging Ukraine to Drop The NATO Idea completely.

Biden knows that oil will keep rising on the super hot inflation situation, even without a Russian agression...so he's keeping the Russian fear raised...probably until the Fed can make some rate hikes and much tapering.

Israel news has been talking about the Biden situation and hyper inflation openly since December. They also have been talking about how he might deflect this bad situation away from himself. And Finally, Israel news mentioned several times that beside Russia...Germany, France, Italy and Austria (Spain gives a repeated no comment on this question) all oppose Ukraine joining NATO. And they have all opposed since back in 2019.

This is a US and Ukraine crisis only. The US trying to Force the Ukraine into demanding a NATO membership in order to sow a crisis.
