rural is where it's at bruh. I'm about to put a bunch of cash into a country home. Surprising result though... Still expensive as fuck. I guess I'm paying to keep the deplorables out though there isn't anyone around for miles.
Everything on the site is bearish. Click on "about me". It's blank. Rural housing has never been strong. Ever. All of the close in areas are 100% built out. Demand far exceeds supply. I'm seeing more and more tear downs, and these are in average neighborhoods, not really high end.
